Maps will be provided for self-guided tours of Downtown Brownsville, the Historic District and other sites such as the MindField during the event.
All events are at, or originate from, the Delta Heritage Center,
unless otherwise noted.

Get here early and visit Brownsville on your own, document it with a picture post to Instagram using our hastag (#TTHD15) for a chance to win prizes ....

Pick up your "Explore Brownsville" Passport at the Delta Heritage Center and when you visit select locations around Brownsville, snap a picture and post to Instagram for a chance to win prizes. Contest begins at 1 p.m., Friday and concludes at 7 p.m., Saturday evening. You must be present at the concert to win.

Are you Tina Turner’s BIGGEST Fan? Do you relate to Tina on a Personal level? Did you have a life changing Ah-ha moment when you first discovered who Tina Turner was?

If you would like to share your story and experiences ON FILM you could be a part of a documentary all about YOU! Tina Turner’s MANY fans! During this year’s Tina Turner Heritage Days 2015 there will be a crew on site filming the festivities AND interviewing willing fans who would like to take part in this one of a kind documentary. Then it's your turn to give us your best Tina impression with Tina Karaoke. There will also be trivia and fun activities to test your Tina knowledge.

We'll also have some fun dishes for you to try, such as salt pork and molasses, Tina's Bacon and Sweet Cornbread, Tina Tuna sandwiches, hot dogs, pasta salad and other goodies .... something for everyone.

Tour Nutbush

See where the "Queen" grew up and learn about this rural farming community. The guided tour will include original location of Flagg Grove School, Woodlawn Church, former sites of homes Tina lived in, getting your picture made under the Nutbush Store sign and more.
